§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This set of regulations defines the rules for using the HOWLWithin.com online store and the terms for concluding sales agreements.
The HOWLWithin.com online store is run by Everbeyond LTD, 128 City Road, London, Great Britain.
The regulations are available free of charge on the store’s website and can be downloaded, reproduced, and saved at any time. Using the online store signifies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations.
§ 2. PRODUCTS AVAILABLE IN THE STORE
The following products are available in the HOWLWithin.com store:
2.1 HOWLWithin Journal – printed softcover version.
Available in English.
2.2 HOWLWithin Journal – PDF version.
Available in English.
Sold directly on the HOWLWithin.com website.
Delivered as a PDF file immediately after payment is confirmed.
Can be printed independently.
Can be used on mobile devices (phone, tablet).
Answers to reflective questions require the use of a personal notebook.
§ 3. PRICING SYSTEM
3.1 Suggested price
A suggested price is provided for PDF products. The buyer has the option to set their own price for the PDF product.
3.2 Flexible payment system
The buyer can enter any amount they wish to pay for the PDF version.
The minimum amount is 0 USD/GPB/EUR (the product is available for free).
The option to receive the PDF Journal for free in case of a difficult financial situation.
§ 4. PLACING ORDERS
4.1 Order fulfillment
The buyer selects a product and sets the price, then is redirected to payment.
After making the payment, they receive an order confirmation.
§ 5. PAYMENTS
Payments are accepted via Stripe.
Payment is immediate.
In case of payment issues, the buyer can contact customer service.
§ 6. ORDER FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY
6.1 Physical Products
The order fulfillment time (printing and shipping) for the print-on-demand Journal is up to 21 days, however, we strive for it to arrive much earlier.
Information about the order status and delivery times will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase.
6.2 Digital Products (PDF)
Delivery is immediate after payment is confirmed.
The PDF file is sent to the email address provided with the order.
§ 7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Physical Products
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact customer service.
The product must be returned in an undamaged condition.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
7.2 Digital Products (PDF)
In accordance with Article 38, point 13 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to a consumer in the case of the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
§ 8. COMPLAINTS
8.1 Physical Products
In case of receiving a damaged product, the buyer has the right to file a complaint by sending photos of the damage to: contact@howlwithin.uk.
Complaints are handled within 14 business days.
A response to the complaint will be sent to the buyer’s email address.
8.2 Digital Products
In case of issues with downloading the PDF file, the buyer has the right to file a complaint, describing the problem to: contact@howlwithin.uk.

§ 9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The rules for personal data processing are specified in a separate Privacy Policy available on the website.

§ 11. FINAL PROVISIONS
These regulations come into force on 01/07/2025.
The seller reserves the right to change the regulations. Buyers will be informed of the changes by the publication of the new regulations on the website.
These regulations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these regulations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
